基于数据匹配的机载外挂装备部件振动试验优化设计方案

Optimized vibration test scheme for airborne plug-in equipment component test based on data matching

  • 摘要: 单独对喷气式飞机外挂某装备的部件开展振动试验时出现了过试验,造成该部件功能失效,与飞行实际情况不符。为此提出了振动响应数据匹配要求。根据随机振动理论分析了导致试验频响数据与实测数据差异的工程因素。通过控制方案研究、加载部位及载荷传递路径模拟以及夹具频响特性设计改进,实现了该部件振动试验响应数据与实测数据的匹配。采用该试验方法能够有效避免过试验,提高振动试验模拟的真实性和有效性。

     

    Abstract: During the vibration test of airborne external equipment, we have and overtest problem if one of the components has an abnormal failure. Thus it is proposed to demand the frequency response data matching. According to the random vibration theories, the engineering factors leading to the difference between the laboratory response data and the actual data are analyzed. The exciter control strategy, the location of the excitation, the transfer path of the load, and the frequency response function of the fixture are considered, to realize the data matching requirement. This method can help avoid over-testing, with increased accuracy and effectiveness of the vibration test simulation.
