Abstract: The paper presents a statistical method for analyzing and evaluating the storage reliability data of the attitude control system of missiles, which involves the μ-checkout method and the evaluating method for the exponential distribution, and AMSAA method and the evaluating method for Weibull distribution, based on recorded storage data. The method can be used for storage reliability data analysis of missiles.
