Abstract:
This paper applies the synergetics and the systems engineering theory to the study of the strategic closeness for the aerospace project portfolio allocation, and uses the entropy to measure the consistency between the aerospace corporate strategy and the portfolio fit order parameter configuration scheme. Based on the concepts of the order parameter adaptation, the adaptive entropy, and the goodness of fit, this paper builds a portfolio allocation strategy closeness measurement model for the aerospace project portfolio, with the scientific validity being verified by the aerospace business practices. This provides a useful analytical method for the decision-making in the enterprise multi-project management.
