Abstract:
The resolution of the image taken by the satellite is better than 1 meter, and other requirements of the image quality are also stringent. So the micro-vibration is a key problem which affects the optical system. The image quality influenced by micro-vibration is simulated, the model and the analysis method are then verified by test. The micro-vibration test is conducted on four levels, including the instrument, the subsystem, the system and the total system. The dynamic characteristics of the micro-vibration source are determined by 6-DOF force measurements in the instrument test. The transmission characteristics are obtained by acceleration measurements for the satellite structure in the subsystem level test. And the method for analyzing the influence of the micro-vibration on the image quality is verified by the image from the optical system in the system level test. The image quality is verified by the on-orbit image analyses. All the links of the micro-vibration, including the source, the transmission and the influence, can be measured and confirmed by those tests. It is indicated that the image quality is ensured and the main goal of work concerning the micro-vibration is achieved according to the test results.
