航天器总装部装用胶带工艺性能及其空间服役行为试验研究

In-orbit properties and service behaviors of adhesive taps in general assembly of spacecrafts

  • 摘要: 航天器总装部装阶段采用胶带粘接过程中,其环境温湿度直接影响黏结可靠性;胶带在空间服役过程中,空间辐照环境也对其黏结可靠性构成挑战。文章采用胶带的相关标准方法,针对3M公司的4种胶带在组装过程中不同的温度、湿度和辐照环境的初黏、持黏、剥离性能进行了表征,综合评价和分析空间环境对黏结可靠性的影响。

     

    Abstract: In the general assemble processes of spacecraft, the temperature and the humidity are the key factors with regard to the reliability of adhesive tapes. The radiation environment in space also poses a challenge for the service life of adhesive tapes. This paper studies the properties of adhesive tapes in different temperature, humidity, and radiation environments. The tack and holding power performances and the service reliability of the tapes are investigated and analyzed.
