Application of AI and RPA technologies in spacecraft assembly operations

  • 摘要: 航天器产品具有高度定制化与非批量化生产的特点,装配作业人工成本高且效率低,亟需通过数字化转型来提升装配效率与质量。文章研究人工智能(AI)与机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术在航天器装配作业中的应用,基于对复杂装配作业流程与智能自动化需求的分析,提出一种基于AI+RPA的作业辅助设计方案,构建了一个智能作业助手系统,以解决信息获取低效、模型图纸调阅不便、技术状态反馈烦琐等问题。应用效果测试表明,该助手系统实现了基于自然语言指令的信息查询、图纸调阅与状态反馈等自动化作业辅助,作业耗时平均缩短50%以上。最后总结了AI+RPA技术在航天器装配作业中的应用价值,并展望了未来的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Spacecraft products are characterized by high customization and non-batch production, resulting in high labor costs and low efficiency in assembly operations. To improve assembly efficiency and quality, this study investigated the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation (RPA) technologies in spacecraft assembly. The complexity and intelligent automation requirements of the assembly process were analyzed, and an AI- and RPA-based operation assistance framework was proposed. An intelligent operation assistant system was developed to address issues such as inefficient information acquisition, inconvenient access to models and drawings, and cumbersome technical-status feedback. Experimental results demonstrated that automation of information retrieval, drawing browsing, and status reporting was achieved through natural-language instructions, reducing the average operation time by more than 50%. The practical value of integrating AI and RPA technologies in spacecraft assembly is summarized, with an outlook on potential directions for future research.
