Abstract:
                                      To promote the digital transformation of spacecraft assembly inspection, an intelligent wearable system based on multimodal interaction was developed and implemented. The system integrates key technologies such as automatic extraction and transmission of resistance measurement data via wired multimeter communication, intelligent voice acquisition and structured processing of inspection data based on quality verification, and automatic comparison of measured data with design requirements accompanied by abnormal condition alarming. Experimental verification in practical inspection scenarios demonstrated that, compared with traditional manual recording methods, the proposed system significantly improves inspection efficiency, achieving a voice recognition accuracy rate above 98%, thereby laying a solid foundation for product life-cycle quality traceability.
