基于多模态交互的智能穿戴系统在航天器总装检验中的应用

Application of an intelligent wearable system based on multimodal interaction for spacecraft assembly inspection

  • 摘要: 为推进航天器总装检验工作的数字化转型,研发了基于多模态交互的智能穿戴系统。文章介绍了该智能穿戴系统涉及的关键技术,包括基于万用表有线传输的阻值测量数据自动提取与传递链路技术、基于质量确认的总装实测数据语音智能采集与结构化处理技术、总装实测数据与设计要求的自动化判读及异常报警技术等。使用该系统开展了实际检验场景下与传统人工总装检验方法的对比验证,结果表明:与人工检验相比,航天器总装检验智能穿戴系统的应用使检验效率显著提升,语音识别正确率大于98%,为产品全生命周期质量追溯奠定了坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: To promote the digital transformation of spacecraft assembly inspection, an intelligent wearable system based on multimodal interaction was developed and implemented. The system integrates key technologies such as automatic extraction and transmission of resistance measurement data via wired multimeter communication, intelligent voice acquisition and structured processing of inspection data based on quality verification, and automatic comparison of measured data with design requirements accompanied by abnormal condition alarming. Experimental verification in practical inspection scenarios demonstrated that, compared with traditional manual recording methods, the proposed system significantly improves inspection efficiency, achieving a voice recognition accuracy rate above 98%, thereby laying a solid foundation for product life-cycle quality traceability.
