航天器数字化与智能化力学环境试验技术研究

Study on spacecraft digital and intelligent mechanical environmental testing technologies

  • 摘要: 为进一步提升我国航天器力学环境试验的效率与智能化水平,系统研究了力学试验数字化与智能化技术体系并提出技术方案。首先通过力学试验流程梳理,分析识别了试验方案设计、控制参数优化以及试验数据分析和挖掘等十余项关键技术环节。然后,通过对试验关键技术环节与人工智能技术关联性的统筹,构建了航天器数字化与智能化力学环境试验技术框架。最后,逐一分析了当前相关技术存在的问题与挑战,并针对性地提出了数字化与智能化技术方案。对于已经初步实践的数字化或智能化技术,文章给出了具体可行的实现技术方案和应用效果,为航天器力学环境试验技术的智能化发展提供了系统性思路与解决方案。

     

    Abstract: To improve the efficiency and intelligent level of spacecraft mechanical environmental testing, this paper systematically investigates a technical framework for its digital and intelligent transformation. Key technical stages, such as test plan design, control parameter optimization, and test data analysis and mining, were identified, leading to the establishment of a comprehensive development framework. The study also analyzes existing challenges and proposes targeted solutions. For technologies that have been preliminarily applied, specific implementation schemes and application outcomes are provided. This work provides a systematic approach and practical solutions for advancing the intelligent development of spacecraft mechanical environmental testing technologies.
