空间再入航天器被动式防热材料的发展及工程应用

Development and engineering applications of passive thermal protection materials for reentry spacecraft

  • 摘要: 高性能、高可靠的被动式防热材料是保障空间进入/再入航天器完成空间探测任务的核心技术之一。文章综述了烧蚀型防热材料从早期高密度向现代轻质高效体系的发展历程及其工程应用,重点梳理了AVCOAT、PICA、NF等典型防热材料的技术特点、工程应用情况及其演进脉络,总结了面向极端热环境、可重复使用、柔性/可展开以及多功能一体化需求的防热材料研究,并对未来空间探测航天器防热材料的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为我国先进防热材料的研制和工程化应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: For space exploration, high-performance and reliable passive thermal protection materials are among the key enabling technologies for entry and reentry spacecraft to safely accomplish their missions. This paper systematically reviews the development history and engineering applications of ablative thermal protection materials, ranging from early high-density systems to modern lightweight and high-efficiency systems. Typical thermal protection materials, including AVCOAT, PICA, and NF, are summarized, with an emphasis on their material characteristics, engineering applications, and technological evolution. Furthermore, recent research progress on thermal protection materials for extreme thermal environments, reusability, flexible/deployable structures, and multifunctional integration is discussed. Finally, future development trends for thermal protection materials in space exploration are outlined to provide a reference for the development and engineering application of advanced thermal protection materials in China.
