The application of digitization technology in satellite general assembly

  • 摘要: 文章介绍了当前国外数字化装配技术的现状,并从建立卫星数字化装配协调体系、面向装配的并行数字化技术、建立包含数字化装配的仿真过程、数字化装配仿真与协调、装配生产线的工装设计制造技术、装配现场的数字化应用技术和数字化质量控制技术等方面较全面地阐述了卫星数字化装配技术的研究内容和实施方案,指出了卫星装配数字化技术的应用将使卫星集成技术能力实现重大突破。

     

    Abstract: The state of the arts of the digitalized assembly technology is reviewed. Research and implementation of the satellite digitalized assembly technology is discussed, including how to build the satellite digitalized assembly system, the parallel digitalized assembly technology, the simulation process, the design and equipment for the assembly production line, the digitalized assembly application technology and the digitization quality control technology. At the same time, it is shown that the digitalized satellite assembly technology means a significant breakthrough of the satellite integration technology.
