应用谐振装置在电动振动台上实现高量级冲击响应谱的仿真研究

Simulations of high level shock response spectrum test using resonant fixture on an electrodynamics shaker

  • 摘要: 为提高电动振动台冲击响应谱试验的试验量级,应用有限元理论建立了电动振动台及附加的谐振装置的动力学模型,在此基础上开展冲击响应谱试验的仿真研究。通过研究振动台动态特性建立了冲击响应谱试验仿真方法,进一步研究了应用谐振装置在振动台上实现高量级冲击响应谱试验的可行性。研究结果表明:使用谐振装置可显著地提高电动振动台实现冲击响应谱试验的能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the response level in the shock response spectrum(SRS) test using electrodynamics vibration generator, a dynamic model of an electrodynamics shaker and its auxiliary resonant fixture is established by the finite element method(FEM). Firstly, the simulations of SRS test are carried out based on the shaker’s dynamic characteristics, then the feasibility of high level SRS test is discussed by applying the resonant fixture on the electrodynamics shaker. The results show that the resonant fixture could improve the shaker's capability in the SRS test.
