谐振板式大型试件冲击谱模拟技术研究

SRS simulation test using resonant large plates

  • 摘要: 通过对试验室现有谐振板冲击模拟装置的研究和分析,采用在谐振板的一端增加千斤顶的方法,设计出了较大试件的谐振板冲击谱模拟装置,并对该装置进行了一系列的研究和分析。文章利用一个夹具和配重共117 kg的试件,对该装置进行试验调试,得出了两种满足常用冲击谱试验条件的结果。经研究表明,这种装置可用于150 kg以下的大型试件的冲击谱模拟试验,具有一定的工程实用价值。

     

    Abstract: A SRS (shock response spectrum) test simulation device using large resonant plates is designed, with two jacks supporting one side of the resonant plates. With a fixture and an equivalent mass of 117 kg, a series of tests are carried out with this device. Two kinds of diagrams under usual SRS test conditions are obtained. It is indicated that SRS test of large samples under 150 kg can be successfully carried out with this device.
