太阳电池阵锁定冲击试验方法

The locking impact test for the solar cell array

  • 摘要: 为了研究太阳电池阵展开到位时产生的锁定冲击对卫星本体或驱动机构等装置的影响,需要对冲击力矩的大小进行测试。文章通过锁定冲击试验对锁定瞬间太阳电池阵根部产生的应变进行采集;然后对试验数据进行分析、处理,获取了太阳电池阵到位锁定时的冲击力矩,并将试验值与仿真分析的结果进行比对,证明了该试验方法的有效性;最后针对卫星在轨运行环境与地面试验环境的差异,提出了试验改进措施。

     

    Abstract: To study the influence of locking impact on the satellite body or devices such as SADA during the deployment of the solar array, the impact torque needs to be measured. In this paper, the strain in the hinge roots of the solar array is recorded in a locking impact test at the lock-on moment, then the locking impact torque is calculated according to the strain. Comparison between the test data and the simulation data shows that this test method is effective, and some improvement measures are proposed based on the difference of the environment of satellite in orbit and that in ground test.
