结构热试验中冷壁热流边界模拟方法研究

The cold-wall heat flux boundary condition simulation for the thermal-structure experiment

  • 摘要: 在结构热试验中,由于受试验手段的限制,对于热载荷一般只能模拟热壁热流边界,而无法模拟冷壁热流边界。文章讨论了在结构热试验中进行冷壁热流边界模拟的试验方法,并使该方法在结构热试验的控制算法中加以实现,对结构热试验是一个有效的补充。

     

    Abstract: Due to the limitation of the current experiment technique, the thermal-structural experiment can only simulate the hot-wall heat flux boundary condition, but not that of the cold-wall heat flux. This paper discusses the way to handle the cold-wall heat flux boundary condition in the actual thermal-structure experiment, especially, with an accurate control loop algorithm in the entire experiment system as an effective assistant to the existing experiment system.
