  • 摘要: 热沉是空间环境模拟设备的重要组成部分,其主要功能是为试验件提供冷黑环境。不锈钢管与铜翅片的管板结构热沉是近几年发展起来的一种新型热沉,该热沉制造的关键工艺—不锈钢管与铜翅片的异质金属焊接。目前采用的焊接方法为手工钨极氩弧焊(不填焊丝),它在生产效率和产品可靠性方面不适应当前任务需求,急需研制不锈钢管铜翅片自动焊接装置,进一步改进加工工艺方法。文章详细介绍了该自动焊接的工艺装备研制和焊接技术参数的选择。

     

    Abstract: As an important part of the space environment simulator, the thermal shroud is used to provide low temperature and black background. The structure of a stainless steel pipe welded with copper fins is a new type of thermal shroud developed in recent years. The key issue for this kind of thermal shroud is how to weld firmly the two different metallic materials parts. The manual argon arc weld used to be the main technology in the past, but its efficiency and reliability can not meet the current requirements. So an automatic welding device is developed to weld the stainless steel pipe and copper fins. This paper discusses its design and the welding parameters.
