真空热环境试验新型不锈钢结构热沉 加工工艺研究

Manufacturing process of a new type of stainless steel thermal shroud for spacecraft thermal vacuum testing

  • 摘要: 热沉是空间环境模拟真空热试验设备的重要组成部分,其功能是为航天器进行真空热试验提供冷黑环境。在国内以往的空间环境模拟试验设备中,热沉多采用铝结构、铜结构或不锈钢-铜翅片结构。不锈钢热沉是新型的热沉结构形式,具有良好的真空低温性能。文章对不锈钢板式热沉的结构和加工工艺进行了研究探索,在经过大量焊接加工与试验分析的基础上,总结出一套不锈钢热沉的加工工艺技术。

     

    Abstract: Thermal shroud is an important part of the spacecraft testing equipment, to provide the cold black space environment. Most of them are made of aluminum, copper and stainless steel-copper. Stainless steel thermal shroud is a new type of thermal shrouds, with good capabilities in vacuum and cyogenic conditions, and has found quite extensive engineering uses in other countries. In this paper, the structure and the technology of stainless steel thermal shroud are discussed. Based on machining practice and a test analysis, the technique of manufacturing the stainless steel thermal shroud is developed.
