航天器AIT模型与试验有效性评估方法

The evaluation of spacecraft development model and test effectiveness

  • 摘要: 在航天器的研制过程中, 根据试验验证要求, 需要研制各阶段AIT模型并进行大量各类试验。ESA从1999年开始研究航天器AIT模型和试验有效性评估方法, 并开发了MATED应用软件, 从2006年开始投入其航天器研制的应用, 成效非常明显, 降低了航天器AIT成本、加快了研制进度, 而且确保航天器的在轨可靠性。文章对ESA的航天器AIT模型和试验有效性评估方法及其应用作跟踪研究, 并就我国航天器AIT工作提出开展模型和试验有效性研究的建议。

     

    Abstract: In the development of spacecraft, according to the verification requirement, many spacecraft models and various tests are required, which is costly and timeconsuming. Since 1999, ESA started a project to develop a method for evaluating the effectiveness of the spacecraft model and the related tests. The MATED tool has been applied in ESA's spacecraft development since 2006. The improvement of the ESA spacecraft model and test method is significant. The cost and time for the spacecraft development were reduced and the reliability in orbit was ensured. This paper reviews the evaluation method of ESA for the effectiveness of the spacecraft model and related tests, as well as the MATED tool functions, and makes some suggestions for the work in China in future in this area.
