Research progress on coupled load analysis for communication satellites and development suggestions

  • 摘要: 文章简要回顾国内外星箭耦合分析的基本方法,并以“东方红”系列通信卫星为实例,介绍了中国近年来在星箭耦合分析工作方面取得的一些研究进展,包括卫星有限元模型缩聚的二次缩聚方法、液体晃动对星箭耦合分析结果的影响;对比了国内外依据星箭耦合分析结果制定卫星正弦振动试验下凹条件的应用差异;讨论了星箭耦合分析的准确度、敏感度分析等问题;并对后续的星箭耦合分析工作提出若干研究发展建议。

     

    Abstract: The basic approaches of coupled load analysis (CLA) at home and abroad were briefly reviewed in this paper. Then, taking China’s DFH series communication satellites as an example, some recent progresses in the field of CLA in China was introduced, including the secondary condensation method to reduce finite element model of satellite, and the influence of liquid sloshing on the result of CLA. The differences in the determination of satellite notched sine vibration specifications based on the result of CLA was compared between domestic and foreign practices. Finally, the issues regarding the accuracy and sensitivity of CLA were discussed, with several development suggestions for future research of CLA.
